Shubham is the Manager of Legal and Compliance at Axilor. With practical experiences from working on transactions of all scales, he has gained a vast knowledge base to provide support to Axilor and its portfolio companies.

Before joining Axilor, Shubham worked as a Senior Associate at Sarvaank Associates, where he practiced in core areas of Commercial Law and Private Equity and spearheaded customized
assistance to clients in drafting and negotiating Shareholder’s Agreement, Founders Agreement, Service Agreement, and other transactional as well as general corporate documents.

Shubham has B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Jindal Global Law School. He firmly believes in integrity in the workplace and aspires to innovate our portfolio companies investment and compliance process to ensure greater efficiency and effectiveness.
